good LES stay
Their attention to detail stood out. i was particularly impressed with the room decor. we appreciated the rooftop view. It was amazing. The hotel's garden area added a touch of serenity to our experience.
The elevators were often slow. It was a minor inconvenience. at times, it made moving between floors take longer than i would have liked. i hope this is something the hotel can improve.

I found the service to be attentive and prompt. All requests were handled efficiently. The staff seemed genuinely committed to. The valet service was quick and very practical. Made arrival and departure easier.

a getaway lovely
professional staff meticulously room above service
the staff were awesome from check in to check out, so professional. the rooms were meticulously taken care of each day. the restaurant staff were so great, service was above and beyond.
the air conditioning sounded like a car's engine in the room. there was no replenishment of water bottles during the six night stay. the room itself felt tiny for the price.

the hotel features bar and restaurant areas. there is also a very relaxed cute vibe, so you never feel out of place. the coffee bar offers you a perfect start to the day.

the bed was comfortable in my room. the room included bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee, and a minibar, everything available upon request. the bathroom features a super nice bath tub for long baths.

The lobby area had a lovely design and a beautiful garden patio for working and eating.
I was very disappointed with the service. The air conditioning sounded like a car engine. Plus, I found it outrageous that they did not replenish the water bottles .

quiet room nice seating area bed plugs furniture overfill dark room tricky moving
location is good. the room was clean and quiet mostly. it included plugs by each side of the bed, A NICE seating area was also available.
the room seemed a little overfilled with furniture. it made moving around trickier. the room was really dark. It was NOT very bright.

helpful staff comfortable loveseat luxe shower
i found the staff wonderful and very helpful. my room had a comfortable loveseat and chairs. the bathroom was excellent with a luxe shower and i enjoyed the big bathtub.
the room was dark with only three lights and it was difficult to see things. also there were no drawers for clothes and i stayed four nights so it was not convenient.

the lounge area is well maintained. i noticed comfortable seating and prompt food service there. it felt overall relaxing. the hotel also features a rooftop terrace with city views.

comfortable bed divine pillows perfect shower amazing staff
The room featured a comfortable bed and divine pillows. The bathroom included a bath that could fit two people and a perfect walk in shower. The staff was amazing and the housekeeping team made the room up impeccably every day. I will definitely be back. The hotel decor was stylish and fashionable with an industrial edge.
